Fauji Cement to issue right shares

Fauji Cement Company Ltd will issue 637.826 million right shares of Rs 10 each at a 50 percent discount.
According to a communique despatched to Karachi Stock Exchange, the company said that right shares will be offered at Rs 5 per share.
