OGRA fixes LPG price at Rs 105/kg, warns of profiteering

The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has fixed the uniform sale price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) at Rs 105 per kilogramme (kg) across the country and strictly warned the LPG marketing companies not to sale LPG above the uniform price, otherwise their licences would be cancelled.

According to the Notification No OGRA/LPG/17(2010)/10 available with Daily Times, because of windfall profits made by the LPG marketing companies, the consumer price for ongoing month of July has been fixed at uniform price Rs 105 per kg across the country.
